Terms and conditions

1. ALL items are BRAND NEW and 100% AUTHENTIC unless stated otherwise.

2. ALL items are purchased from Outlet Stores, Boutiques or departmental stores.

3. ALL sales are final. Goods sold are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable.

4. Please email us at karatz710@yahoo.com for any orders or enquiries.

5. Ready stock item requires full payment. Pre-order item requires 50% deposit and full settlement within 1 week after receiving email notification that your item has arrived in M'sia.

6. For special order (special request from buyer), feel free to email us the website link to your item, and we will get back to you with the quotation. Once agreed, full payment is needed before we can place your order.

7. Full settlement is required within 1 week after receiving email notification that your order has arrived in M'sia. Your order will be shipped out to you once you complete the whole payment. Your order will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited for any late payment. Please inform if you have a valid reason for doing so.

8. Pre-order items will arrive approximately 3-4 weeks or slightly more during festival/ holiday weeks. So please be patient as we also do combine shipping. The duration is just an estimation and we will inform to you for any updates.

9. Serious buyers only. Order is confirmed once payment/ deposit is made and no cancellation or changes of item are allowed. Payment and deposit will be forfeited upon any cancellation. Deposit will only be refunded if items ordered are not in stock.

10. Prices listed are the best price we can offer so please no bargaining.

11. FREE shipping within Malaysia via Pos Laju (unless stated otherwise).

12. We will not be responsible for any damages and losses incurred during shipping and handling.

13. We accept payment through Maybank and CIMB. Please email us for quotation.

14. Coach Outlet item - comes with original tag price and Coach care card.

Coach Boutique item - comes with original tag price, Coach care card and dust bag.
