7. Full settlement is required within 1 week after receiving email notification that your order has arrived in M'sia. Your order will be shipped out to you once you complete the whole payment. Your order will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited for any late payment. Please inform if you have a valid reason for doing so.

8. Pre-order items will arrive approximately 3-4 weeks or slightly more during festival/ holiday weeks. So please be patient as we also do combine shipping. The duration is just an estimation and we will inform to you for any updates.

9. Serious buyers only. Order is confirmed once payment/ deposit is made and no cancellation or changes of item are allowed. Payment and deposit will be forfeited upon any cancellation. Deposit will only be refunded if items ordered are not in stock.
